Ms. Aurora Zhang obtained her LL.B. degree from Shanghai International Studies University, and her LL.M. degree respectively from University College London in 2014 and Columbia Law School in the United States in 2020.
Ms. Zhang focuses her practice on venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, outbound and inbound investment, and general corporate matters. She has represented clients in various industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, etc.
In PE/VC area, Ms. Zhang has represented various of investment institutions in their domestic and/or overseas deals, her clients mainly include Sequoia Capital, Alibaba, CDH, PICC Capital, SummitView Capital, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Zhang also represented several startups in their different rounds of financings, her clients include Momo Dim Sums, MetaX, etc. In addition, Ms. Zhang has also advised several multinational enterprises and listed companies in their M&A deals or over their general corporate matters, her clients including Sinochem, Unifrax, BP, Porsche, etc.
