In July 2019, Llinks partner Mr. Yi Wang and Mr. Peiming Yang were invited to PICC Asset Management Company Limited ("PICC") to give a keynote speech on the topic "Business Default of Non-Standardized Creditor's Assets and Moral Hazard Risk Prevention and Legal Solutions".
Based on their experience in practice, Mr. Wang and Mr. Yang analyzed common risks related to non-standardized creditor's asset defaults. They also carried out an in-depth analysis and discussion of current issues along with several judicial cases. Participants were very positive about the keynote speech.
