Llinks Successfully Co-hosted the Seminar on the Key Issues of E-commerce Law and the Analysis of E-commerce Operation Points

On November 21, 2018, Llinks successfully co-hosted the seminar on the key issues of E-commerce law and the analysis of E-commerce operation points at Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central Hotel together with Wolters Kluwer. Dr. David Pan, Mr. Kenneth Kong, Mr. Tianhang Li, Mr. Xun Yang and Mr. Patrick Gu together gave a wonderful speech to the participants from the perspective of combining theory and practice.

Mr. Pan delivered the speech on "Analysis of Key Point in E-Commerce Law".

Mr. Kong delivered the speech on "the License and Qualification of E-Commerce Business Entities".

Mr. Li delivered the speech on "Legal Responsibility of E-Commerce Business Entities for Network Security".

Mr. Yang delivered the speech on "Intellectual Property Rights in E-Commerce Operations".

Mr. Gu delivered the speech on "Legal Analysis of Employment in E-Commerce Platform".

Through cases, Llinks lawyers vividly analyzed the close relationship between E-commerce Law and enterprises, consumers, as well as its impact on the development of e-commerce, the unification of rights, obligations and interests of enterprises, and the protection of consumers' rights and interests.
