Llinks’ Lawyers Invited to Give a Lesson for the training program Organized by IAC

For hot issue disclosure of insurance funds use, Insurance Association of China (hereinafter referred to as "IAC") organized a training lecture with the name of "disclosure of insurance funds use" in June 23, 2017. The training lecture had more than 140 insurance institutions from more than 230 participants.

For the discussion and analysis of current uses of insurance funds supervision, experts from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, IAC, and experts from relevant industries attended the training program. At the training program, the experts were able to learn different perspectives on the disclosed information.

As a guest, Llinks partner Wayne Chen taught along other domestic and foreign companies.  The information taught regarded major related transaction information, disclosure rules related to the interpretation of the title, from the related party and the related party transaction identification difficulty, information disclosure case analysis, and the principle of substance over the specific application point of view. Enable to share perspectives on the situation, all insurance institutions attended, too. Mr. Wang Yi, a partner of Llinks, attended the training program, too.
