Mr. Wayne Chen received his LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law while majoring in International Economic Law, his Bachelor of Science from Fudan University while majoring in Information Management and his MBA from the CEIBS EMBA Course. Mr. Chen used to serve in the legal department of a financial institute and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2000.

In the Securities field, Mr. Chen has provided a full range of legal services for numerous industry leaders, innovative companies and financial institutions regarding their IPOs, listing in the Over-The-Counter Market, issuance of bond/debt financing instruments, issuance of equity warrants, private placements, right offerings/seasoned equity offerings, acquisition/major assets restructurings of the listed companies, overall listing of enterprises groups, etc.
