Amanda Song

Ms. Amanda Song obtained her LL.B degree from Shanghai International Studies University and her LL.M degree from Northwestern University. Ms. Song joined Llinks Law Offices in 2014 based in Llinks' Shanghai office. Prior to joining the firm, she has worked as an in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 multinational corporation for several years. Ms. Song is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, the United States.

Ms. Song has long been committed to practices in mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, private equity investments and corporate restructuring. She has nearly 10 years of extensive experience and expertise in advising many renowned financial investors, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises on their green-field projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and investment matters. Her experience spans a broad range of industries including new energy, semiconductor, TMT, medical and healthcare, retail and consumer, etc. She has also regularly advised and assisted private growth company and start-ups in their real estate projects, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, offshore corporate restructuring and asset restructuring. In the meanwhile, Ms. Song acts as the legal advisor in regular commercial and corporate business, assisting companies in designing stock incentive plans and compliance operation.

Ms. Song has been awarded the "Special Recommendation" for the Private Equity Investment sector of the Legal 500 in China in 2024.

Denny Jiang

Mr. Denny Jiang received his L.L.M. from Nankai University. Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices in January 2021, Mr. Jiang worked for a global leading Internet company for more than 8 years, and acted as the project leader handling an abundance of internet litigation cases.

Mr. Jiang has a profound understanding and abundant knowledge about Internet industry and new networking service products as well as rich experience in handling and confronting Internet-related cases. Mr. Jiang handled more than a thousand cases of online rights protection and prosecution in various areas included anti-trust, anti-unfair competition, intellectual property, online service contracts and foreign-related disputes, etc. These cases covered a wide range of industry including online games, film& television, music, social networking, payment, advertisement, etc. Furthermore, several cases handled by Mr. Jiang have been selected as typical cases of intellectual property protection by the Supreme People's Court and local courts at all levels.

Mr. Jiang is currently providing dispute resolution services to many well-known domestic Internet companies, especially game companies. With his many years of corporate experience, he is adept at understanding the commercial needs of cases from the client's perspective. He comprehensively applies his professional skills and rich project experience to provide innovative solutions for clients' major and complex disputes, effectively helping clients achieve their litigation goals. In addition, Mr. Jiang also provides long-term legal counsel and special compliance services to many well-known Internet companies.

Jason Zhang

Mr. Jason Zhang holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Laws degree, both from Fudan University.

Mr. Zhang joined Llinks in July 2016. He has extensive experience handling a wide variety of litigation and arbitration cases for financial institutions, foreign-invested enterprises, large state-owned enterprise groups, and private enterprise groups. Mr. Zhang is particularly skilled in resolving disputes related to asset management contract disputes, financial institution debt collection projects and share repurchase disputes, corporate disputes, and international trade disputes.

His experience extends to representing various financial institutions in nearly 100 cases nationwide involving disputes between investors and financial institutions arising from asset management contracts and fund contracts. Mr. Zhang has rich experience handling investor disputes related to various products, including stocks, bonds, and private placements. Additionally, he has represented various financial institutions in handling a wide range of debt collection disputes, including bond defaults, stock repurchase transactions, bond repurchase transactions, repurchase of specific asset income rights, and trust loans. The total value of cases Mr. Zhang has handled exceeds RMB 10 billion.

Nigel Zhu

Mr. Nigel Zhu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Koguan School of Law and the Law School of the University of Wisconsin with a Master of Laws degree and an LLM degree respectively. Mr. Zhu joined Llinks Law Offices in March 2018.

Mr. Zhu is admitted to practice law in the People's Republic of China, as well as in the New York State of the USA. Mr. Zhu has over ten years of experience practicing as a lawyer. At Llinks, Mr. Zhu's primarily focuses are compliance legal services, including cybersecurity and data compliance, antitrust, anticorruption, export control and ESG, which enabled him to provide professional legal services to clients.

Mr. Zhu has gained rich experience in cybersecurity and data compliance. The client that Mr. Zhu represented include 'data-heavy' companies such leading Internet companies and high-tech companies, as well as clients in traditional industries that proactively seek digital transformation, including SOEs, private companies and foreign companies in the fields of retail, auto, pharmaceuticals, Internet, finance, chemical engineering, and energy. Mr. Zhu is capable of providing a wide variety of cybersecurity and data compliance services, including cybersecurity and data compliance audit, digital marketing compliance, Internet-based products cybersecurity and data compliance, consumers personal data compliance, network architecture compliance, cyber security incident response, identification of critical information infrastructure and data cross-border transfer compliance.

Mr. Zhu has considerable experience in all sorts of antitrust legal services. The clients that he represented include the largest home decoration and furniture retail company, the largest food retailer, the largest new energy battery manufacturing company, and a leading new energy battery cathode material manufacturing company in China's market, as well as other state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign invested enterprises spreading over retail and consumer, manufacturing, energy and high technology. In addition, Mr. Zhu specializes in providing clients with legal services on antitrust compliance analysis, establishment of antitrust compliance system, antitrust administrative investigation response, antitrust civil cases and administrative penalty decisions review and appeals.

Mr. Zhu was awarded by the China Business Law Journal as a 'Rising Star' lawyer in 2023 and has been recommended multiple times by the Legal 500 in the Data Compliance and Competition Law area.
