Denny Jiang received his L.L.M. from Nankai University. Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices in January 2021, Mr. Jiang worked for a global leading Internet company for more than 8 years, and acted as the project leader handling an abundance of internet litigation cases.

Mr. Jiang handled more than a thousand cases of online rights protection and prosecution in various areas included anti-trust, anti-unfair competition, intellectual property, online service contracts and foreign-related disputes, etc. These cases covered a wide range of industry including online games, film& television, music, social networking, payment, advertisement, etc. Furthermore, several cases handled by Mr. Jiang have been selected as typical cases of intellectual property protection by the Supreme People’s Court and local courts at all levels.

Mr. Jiang has a profound understanding and abundant knowledge about Internet industry and new networking service products. With rich experience in handling and confronting Internet-related cases, he can accurately identify the potential product risk points from the perspective of reducing litigation, to assist the establishment of business lines and optimization of compliance and response systems.

  • Represented a Shenzhen technology company in unfair competition litigation against a Hangzhou company for data scraping (the case was selected among the Top 10 typical cases of judicial protection of "data rights" released by the Hangzhou Internet Court in 2023)

  • Represented a Guangzhou live-streaming company in unfair competition litigation against a Shanghai e-commerce platform for false certification services (the case was selected among the typical cases of judicial protection of data-related IP rights released by the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court in 2024)

  • Represented a game company in unfair competition litigation against a Chongqing information technology company over a cheating platform (the case was selected among the Typical Cases of Judicial Protection of Cyberspace released by the Chongqing High People's Court in 2022)
