Mr. Qintao Bai received his LL.M. from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, has accumulated extensive experience and legal expertise in asset management, equity investment, financial compliance and related dispute resolution areas.
Mr. Qintao Bai used to work in well-known trust companies and financial institutes, focusing on the legal services in compliance, asset preservation and etc. for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Llinks, Mr. Bai worked for a large financial institute and engaged in compliance related to equity investment.
In recent years, Mr. Qintao Bai has been invited to publish a large number of theoretical and practical articles in many publications and media with high influence in the legal industry, such as The Financial Times and Financial Market Research.

Mr. Jianwei Cheng has obtained his LL.M. from East China University of Political Science and Law, and focusing on financial institute asset management, pension trust and charitable trust.
Mr. Cheng practiced in a well-known local law firm specialized in trust and asset management for more than 10 years. He has provided legal services for trust companies in different type of asset management, specialized in the risk control and dispute resolution. As one of the most senior lawyers focusing on pension trust and charitable trust services, Mr. Cheng has provided professional services for many trust companies.

Mr. Bin Yan obtained his LL.B from Fudan University, has rich experience in financial trust and asset management.
Mr. Yan used to work for the trust department of a well-known local law firm, has provided comprehensive legal service in association with hundreds of trust products issued by numerous trust companies, involving due diligence, transaction of products, structure design and scheme verification, drafting and revision of legal documentations, analysis of project based legal issues. He has deeply involved in the whole procedure of "fund-raising, investment, management and exit" of trust products. In addition, Mr. Yan is familiar with legal businesses in various types of private fund.
