Ms. Lily CAI graduated from East China University of Politics and Law with a bachelor's degree in law. Prior to joining Llinks in 2019, she worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm and Paul Hastings LLP. Ms. Cai serves as a member of the Real Estate Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Ms. Cai has extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
