Ms. Cathy Huang obtained her LL.B degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and her LL.M degree from Columbia Law School in the United States.  She joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008.

Ms. Huang has more than fifteen years of experience in representing both Chinese and international clients in a wide array of business transactions. In particular, she has strong expertise in the areas of cross-border M&A, investment and restructuring, PE/VC investment, joint venture, and strategic alliance.

Ms. Huang has regularly advised a variety of clients including prestigious multinationals, investment funds, SOEs, large-scale private enterprises and listing companies, start-ups, growing and well-established businesses. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors including high-tech, industrials and high-end manufacturing, new energy, IC and semiconductor, TMT, retail and consumer, medical and healthcare, food, fintech, commercial services, etc.
