Ms. Cathy Huang obtained her LL.B degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and LL.M degree from Columbia Law School in the United States. She has more than ten years of practice experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in a wide array of business transactions. In particular, she has strong expertise in the areas of cross-border M&A and restructuring, PE/VC investment, inbound and outbound investment, joint venture, and strategic alliance.
