During an one-month thorough research, LEGALBAND selected 30 top young lawyers in Chinese Mainland by carefully reviewing the materials such as the recommendation from law firms, lawyers' self-recommendation as well as clients' feedback, combining with the long-term observation and insight of legal market by resident research team in China. Representing Schroder Advik, a well-known international asset management institution, in obtaining the Shanghai QFLP pilot and setting up a QFLP fund;
Representing Today Capital's capital investment in cross-border e-commerce PatPat, Hupu Lurenwang, and Zhihu;
Representing Shanghai Electric Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of German aircraft parts manufacturer Baoerjie Group, and etc.

Mr. Xu received his LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law, and his LLM from the University of Frankfurt in Germany. He is qualified to practice law in P. R. China.
