Mr. Danson Tang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Management degree, a Bachelor of Economics and a Juris Master's degree in International Financial Law. Mr. Tang joined Llinks in July 2016. Mr. Tang has the professional title of Intermediate Lawyer in Shanghai, serves as a member of the M&A and Restructuring Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, a social tutor at the School of Government of ECUPL.
Mr. Tang is experienced in Securities Issuance, M&A and Restructuring, Equity Investment, Corporate Financing, Equity Incentives, and Corporate Business.
In the areas of Securities Issuance, Mr. Tang has represented many private companies and state-owned enterprises in their Initial Public Offerings, convertible corporate bond issuances and private issuing of A-shares.
In the areas of equity investment, M&A and Restructuring, Mr. Tang has provided legal services for domestic and overseas Investment projects, mergers and reorganizations of multiple companies. The types cover acquisition of listed companies, assets purchase by a listed company through issuing shares, material asset restructuring, industry M&A, financial investments, etc.
In the areas of corporate financing and commercial law, Mr. Tang has represented several enterprises in dealing with financing, equity incentives and daily legal affairs.
