Mr. Danson Tang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Management degree, a Bachelor of Economics and a Juris Master's degree in International Financial Law. Mr. Tang joined Llinks in July 2016. Mr. Tang has the professional title of Intermediate Lawyer in Shanghai, serves as a member of the M&A and Restructuring Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, a social tutor at the School of Government of ECUPL.

In the areas of Securities Issuance, Mr. Tang has represented many private companies and state-owned enterprises in their Initial Public Offerings, convertible corporate bond issuances and private issuing of A-shares.

In the areas of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and equity investment, Mr. Tang has provided legal services for numerous enterprises in domestic and cross-border investment, M&A, and restructuring projects. The scope of such services covers acquisitions of control in listed companies, listed companies' issuance of shares to purchase assets, major asset restructurings, industrial mergers and acquisitions, financial investments, private equity investments, and changes of sponsors, among others.

In the areas of corporate financing and commercial law, Mr. Tang has represented several enterprises in dealing with financing, equity incentives and daily legal affairs.
