Mr. Chen specializes in securities, private equity/venture capital, M&A and restructuring, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the field of securities, he has successfully provided legal services to a large number of industry leaders and innovative enterprises in their initial public offerings, bond/debt financing instrument offerings, warrant offerings, private offerings and share placements, acquisitions/major asset reorganizations of listed companies, and overall listings of conglomerates, etc. Mr. Chen is very active in providing professional advice to domestic and foreign enterprises, investment institutions, and scientific research teams in the aforementioned industries.
