Kyle Zhao received an LL.B. from Fudan University of Law and joined Llinks Law Offices in July 2011.
In the area of private equity fund and venture capital, Mr. Zhao has represented a number of foreign and domestic PE funds to invest in, acquire and sell various portfolio companies in and out of China. Meanwhile, he has provided legal services for various foreign and domestic equity investment managers in RMB fund formation in China.
In the area of real estate, Mr. Zhao has represented several foreign and national real estate funds and developers to deal with real estate acquisition and transfer, project financing and project management and other matters. Meanwhile, he has represented numbers of real estate development companies to deal with legal issues in relation to real estate development, construction, sales, lease and etc.
In the area of M&A, Mr. Zhao has represented a number of foreign and domestic prestigious companies, with practices involving foreign investment, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition, sell-off and etc.

Ms. Lu graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Law. She joined Llinks in July 2012.
Ms. Lu has focused her practice around securities investment funds and other asset management businesses, specializing in providing the legal services with fund management companies relating to the product design, fundraising, investment, operation and corporate governance. She has extensive experience in the area of asset management, and has involved in the launch of more than hundreds of mutual funds as a representative attorney.
In addition, lawyer Lu has represented clients in the establishment of FMCs, the incorporation of FMCs' subsidiaries in segregated accounts management business, the incorporation of Hong Kong subsidiaries of FMCs, share transfer of FMCs, and the obtainment of funds distribution license for WFOE banks, insurance company and other institutions. She also provided legal services for registration of mutual recognition of funds between Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Ms. Song obtained her LL.B. degree from Shanghai International Studies University and her LL.M degree from Northwestern University. Ms. Amanda Song joined Llinks Law Offices in 2014 based in Llinks' Shanghai office. Prior to joining the firm, she has worked as an in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 multinational corporation for many years. Ms. Amanda Song is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, the United States.
Ms. Song practices in mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments and private equity investments. She has advised many renowned financial investors, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises on their green-field projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and investment matters. She also advises and assists private growth company in their cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and stock incentive plans.

Lawyer Chen graduated from Wuhan University with a LL.B. degree and Leiden University with a LL.M. degree. Mr. Chen has joined Llinks Law Offices from 2018. He is a committee member of research and mediation commission of Shanghai Bar Association.
Mr. Chen has been practicing since 2011 and has accumulated rich practical experience in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution. Before joining Llinks Law Offices, Mr. Chen worked in a well-known law firm in dispute resolution for many years.
Mr. Chen has provided a wide range of dispute resolution legal services for clients in different industries, including banking& finance, asset management, insurance, international sales transactions, logistics, ports, production and processing, etc. Mr. Chen has won recognition and praise from clients.
