On 22-23 July 2020, the China Insurance Asset Management Association delivered an online lecture called the "Insurance Assets Management Systems Training Series: Module 2 Advanced Course on Equity Investment". Nearly 260 representatives from insurance groups, insurance companies, insurance asset management companies and other institutions from this field attended the lecture.
Llinks partner, Mr. Yi WANG, as one of the guest lecturers, shared his insights on the topic of "Legal Difficulties and Problem Analysis in Equity Investment".
From the two perspectives of direct and indirect equity investments of insurance funds, Mr. Wang sorted out hot issues in equity investment and analyzed difficulties in practice, combined with case studies and hands-on experience, obtaining wide praise from attendees.
Mr. Wang is a member of the First and the Second Legal Compliance Professional Committee Affiliated with the Insurance Asset Management Association of China. He is also an excellent external reviewer of debt investment plan in 2018 and 2019, the most popular expert lecturer in 2019.
