The inaugural meeting and its first meeting of the second Legal and Compliance Professional Committee affiliated to the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC) ( "the Association"), was convened in Beijing. Llinks partner Yi Wang was invited to attend the meeting as a member of the second Legal and Compliance Professional Committee.
This meeting reviewed and approved the revised working rules and work plan for 2020. The meeting invited Bei Su, the judge of the Second Civil Trial Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court, and Zhuyong Li, the vice president of PICC Group, to share and exchange views on "Principles, concepts and practices for the trial of civil and commercial cases in the financial sector" and "Improvement of legal and compliance work level and talent cultivation for insurance asset management industry"

He is also an excellent external reviewer of the 2019 debt investment plan, who participated in compiling "Laws and Regulations on the Use of Insurance Funds and Normative Documents(2018 and 2019)", "The Comprehensive Risk Management of Insurance Fund Investment(2019)", "Guide For Foreign Investors in China`s Banking and Insurance Sectors(2019)". Lawyer Yi Wang has abundant practice experience advising domestically well-known insurance institutions, asset management companies and private equity funds as well as trust companies in the fields of asset management and private equity investment. After being re-elected as a member of the Legal and Compliance Professional Committee, lawyer Yi Wang will continue to contribute to the development of the insurance asset management industry.
