On 27 March 2019, Llinks held the Second Commercial Intellectual Property Series Seminar (Intellectual Property: Litigation and Antitrust)"in Shanghai office. Llinks partners, Mr. Xun Yang and Ms. Elyn Jiang, shared their perspectives on how to protect business interests by means of intellectual property litigations and updates on intellectual property with antitrust interface.
By discussing recent cases, Mr. Yang and Ms. Jiang analyzed the characteristics of, difficulties from and risks out of commercial intellectual property litigations. They also discussed the methods fpr maintaining market positions and maximize its intellectual property value by means of litigations.
Mr. Yang further discussed the recent legislation and cases of intellectual property and antitrust, analyzed Antitrust Guideline for Abusing Intellectual Property and advised on the applications on business of antitrust rules with IP elements.
The seminar attracted the representatives and legal professionals from various industries such as life science, automobiles, real estate, engineering and electrical appliance to attend.
In September 2018, Llinks held the First Commercial Intellectual Property Series Seminar (Intellectual Property, Antitrust &Labor), which focused on how to distinguish between reasonable application and abuse of intellectual property, and intellectual property protection in labor relations. The seminar had received lots of attentions by corporate in-house and legal professionals.
