Gisele Jiang

Ms. Gisele Jiang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law degree and obtained a  Master of Law degree in Emory University. Ms. Jiang worked for a reputable law firm from 2016 to the early of 2020 and joined Llinks Law Offices in May 2020.

Ms. Jiang is experienced in Private Equity/Venture Capital, Cross-Border Investment and Financing Corporate & Commerce.

In the field of Private Equity/Venture Capital, Ms. Jiang supports a broad range of clients from well-known domestic and foreign investment funds to multinational companies, start-ups and fast-growing companies, with an industry coverage of consumer goods, TMT, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, industrial and high-end manufacturing, new energy and other areas. Ms. Jiang also provides legal services including private equity manager registration, fund establishment and filing, QFLP/QDIE application, fund exit and liquidation for private equity managers and funds, covering the entire process of private equity investment.

In the field of Cross-Border Investment and Financing, Ms. Jiang is dedicated to providing professional legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises, large group companies and financial institutions on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic and overseas bond issuance, and other types of cross-border investment and financing.
