Llinks has announced that it is continuing to add significant fire power to its Insurance and Asset Management with the appointment of two prominent partners, Lei HU and Yi WANG to the firm.
Lei Hu's main practice area includes insurance/insurance investment, medical pensions, asset management, corporate and commercial, real estate and construction investment and financing. Before joining Llinks, Mr. Hu began his legal career with a well-known insurance company for about ten years and practiced in a well-known domestic law firm. Mr. Hu is currently a legal expert and member of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.
Mr. Hu Lei has long focused on the fields of insurance, insurance fund investment and asset management. He has rich practice experience in all legal aspects of the insurance liability business and insurance investment business, including: insurance product design, document review, insurance for the exhibition industry, dispute resolution, direct/indirect investment in the insurance industry, real estate investment, overseas investment, trust investment and the establishment of private equity funds. Mr. Hu Lei has acted for a number of insurance asset management firms in relation to debt investment plans, equity investment plans and asset support projects, and has advised insurance companies in relation to initial public offerings. Mr. Hu Lei offers practical and creative solutions to his client's needs, and he is pleased to provide a one-stop shop for all insurance legal services.
Yi Wang specializes in the areas of insurance/insurance investment, private equity funds, asset management, corporate and commercial, commercial real estate investment and financing. Before joining Llinks, Mr. Wang worked for a well-known real estate group and then practiced in a well-known domestic law firm. Mr. Wang is currently a member and lecturer of the first session of the Legal Profession Committee of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.
Yi WANG has an impressive practice experience in the establishment of insurance institutions, insurance equity and real estate investment and insurance institutions' issued various assets financial products. Meanwhile, Mr, Wang can offer professional legal services for private equity funds, trust plan investment, construction and real estate investment and financing, corporate governance, legal management system structures, and other related fields.
