On 27 July 2012, Llinks hosted the "2012 Seminar on New Asset Management Rules", which bought together around 50 persons-in-charge and professionals from the compliance and regulatory departments of 25 fund companies. Llinks' Sandra Lu, Raymond Li and Desmond An respectively delivered keynote speeches on "Understanding the Securities Investment Fund Law (Exposure Draft)", "Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Management Companies (Exposure Draft)" and "Introduction and Review on the New Special Account Rules". The speakers and the audience had a constructive and friendly discussion on the relevant issues.
