On the afternoon of 27 April 2011, Llinks hosted a seminar on Key Issues in Fund and Asset Management for 2011, which bought together around twenty compliance and regulatory personnel and other professionals from twelve fund management companies. Llinks' Sandra Lu, Raymond Li and Desmond An respectively delivered their presentations on the "Trends in the Amendment of the Securities Investment Fund Law", "Analysis of Fund Purchase Failures Based on Real Case Examples" and "Review of Legal Issues Regarding Specific Clients' Asset Management". The guests and participants had a constructive and friendly exchange regarding the foregoing issues.
