On July 17, the seminar of legal countermeasure against the risk control on China's foreign-related energy and mining M&A was hosted in Beijing by the Economic Law Research Center of RENMIN University and co-organized by Llinks. Many large state-owned enterprise groups and professionals attended the seminar. Llinks' David Yu, Wayne Chen and Robert Xia participated in the seminar.
