On November 7, 2025, Llinks in collaboration with Eureka International Group and TekLattice, successfully held the seminar titled "Breaking the Mold in Singapore and Vietnam Investment: Why and How?". The event adopted a hybrid (online and offline) format, aiming to provide Chinese enterprises with an integrated framework for legal, tax, identity, and business planning necessary for accelerating their globalization strategies.

The seminar began with experts from the Eureka International Group, focusing on strategic selection and wealth planning in Southeast Asia. Mr. Yongtai Huang, General Manager of Eureka International Group, and Mr. Jiajun He, Director of Go-Global Services, first delivered presentations systematically outlining Singapore as a strategic choice for global entrepreneurs. They emphasized Singapore's advantages in corporate structure optimization, pro-business tax regimes, and strategic geographical location. They also demonstrated through case studies how to simultaneously implement personal tax and identity planning alongside corporate expansion (such as supply chain relocation) to achieve cross-border allocation of family assets.

Following this, Ms. Guifeng Li, Vietnam Business Development Manager at Eureka International Group, provided an in-depth analysis of the Vietnamese market. Ms. Li focused on the current FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) boom in Vietnam, analyzing the country's industrial distribution and advantages, while highlighting the challenges and risks enterprises must navigate for precise market entry, underscoring the importance of steady progress.

After the presentations, Llinks partner Ms. Cathy Huang and contractual partner Mr. Sol Zhang engaged in a detailed discussion with the attendees regarding the pain points and difficulties encountered during corporate outbound expansion. Mr. Zhang then analyzed the main types of outbound projects currently undertaken by Chinese enterprises and the accompanying legal risks, advising enterprises on how to effectively "avoid pitfalls" in overseas investment. From a practical perspective, he emphasized the systematic preparatory work required before enterprises go global. Mr. Zhang elaborated on the need for enterprises to prepare for the identity shift to "cross-border entrepreneur," build teams, and justify a flexible investment structure suitable for the mid-to-long term, helping enterprises achieve stable "landing" and "rooting" in the Southeast Asian market.

TekLattice, the Overseas Business Center of Shanghai Hi-Tech International, provided full support for the event and invited multiple entrepreneurs and industry experts for on-site exchanges. This seminar provided enterprises at a critical stage of globalization with an integrated solution spanning from strategic planning to legal execution. Moving forward, Llinks will continue to leverage its professional expertise to support the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises' global strategies.
