In May 2025, Llinks' international team participated in a salon event jointly hosted by the Pinghu Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Pinghu Enterprise Global Innovation Service Center. The event, themed "Chinese Enterprises Going Global: 'Landing' and 'Taking Root'," featured leaders from the Pinghu Municipal People's Congress, the Pinghu Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the Jiaxing Foreign Affairs Office, as well as industry experts, financial institutions, and representatives from over 30 enterprises. More than 200 participants joined the event via live streaming.
During the event, Llinks partner Mr. Kenneth Kong shared insights on the main types of Chinese enterprises going global and how to avoid common pitfalls, drawing on the team's accumulated practical experience. Llinks contractual partner Mr. Sol Zhang discussed key considerations for overseas operations, such as distribution licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, based on numerous practical cases.
