The 2025 Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum (ADR Conference 2025), co-hosted by the Singapore Law Society and LAWASIA, was grandly held in Singapore from May 22 to 23. Over 200 industry leaders, arbitration and mediation experts, and legal practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region gathered together. As a supporting member, Llinks was represented by partners Mr. Peiming Yang, Mr. Alex Huang, and Ms. Candice Du, who attended the entire event and set up a professional booth to showcase Llinks' professional image to the international legal community.
Mr. Murali Pillai, Minister of State for the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Transport in Singapore, delivered an enthusiastic opening speech. Ms. Lisa Sam, President of the Singapore Law Society, also extended a warm welcome to all guests in attendance.
During the two-day conference, guests and participants engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on various specialized topics, including the application of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution processes, cross-cultural considerations in alternative dispute resolution, shipping and international trade, construction projects, bankruptcy and restructuring, and intellectual property. Llinks took this opportunity to interact and communicate with industry leaders and outstanding peers in the Asia-Pacific dispute resolution sector, deepening mutual understanding.
This visit marks an important step for Llinks in actively integrating into the "Belt and Road" initiative and expanding its legal services market in ASEAN. By participating in the forum and engaging in face-to-face discussions with attendees, Llinks further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for future collaborations. Llinks will continue to leverage its integrated operations and specialized divisions to explore and expand its development path in the field of alternative dispute resolution services.
