On May 18, 2025, the "Fudan University - SPD Bank F-LAB Scientist Entrepreneurship Camp Module II: General Knowledge Course on Technology Transfer" was successfully held at Fudan University. The event was initiated by Fudan University, organized by Fudan Innovation, and co-organized by the Fudan International School of Finance, the Technology Transfer Center, and the Alumni Association, with SPD Bank as the special supporting unit.
The F-LAB project focuses on the "high-quality and efficient industrialization of scientific and technological achievements." The project centers on four major hard-tech sectors: life and health, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and new energy materials. Through the model of "course empowerment + practical roadshows + mentor guidance," it aims to propel laboratory achievements towards industrialization, help scientists cross the "valley of death," and inject Fudan's strength into China's technological innovation. The F-LAB adopts a "modular course + in-depth sector focus" format, with the first session divided into five modules covering the entire process of industrializing scientific and technological achievements.
Llinks partner Ms. Cherri Che was invited to serve as a mentor for the second module of the project, "General Knowledge Course on Technology Transfer." Ms. Che delivered a detailed presentation titled "Practical Offense and Defense of Intellectual Property in Hard-Tech Fields from the Perspective of the STAR Market," focusing on six key topics: "IP Requirements for STAR Market Listing," "Key IP Points in STAR Market Inquiry Letters," "IP Recommendations Pre-STAR Market Listing," "IP Compliance Recommendations During Technology R&D," "IP Due Diligence for Corporate Financing," and "Case Analysis of Listing with Pending Litigation." Her insights aimed to help scientist founders build a strong IP moat while achieving technological breakthroughs, transforming innovative achievements into competitive advantages in the capital market.

Since beginning her legal career in 2010, she has been deeply involved in the field of intellectual property, serving as a legal advisor for numerous technology-driven companies.
