On the afternoon of October 16, Llinks hosted the M&A and Tax-Related Risks Control Seminar, which attracts many guests from some large enterprise groups and multinational companies. David Yu and Clare Lu, partners of Llinks, gave the speeches in relation to "Update on Overseas Investment Regulations", "Tax-Related Risks Management" and "Tax Planning and Risk Control" respectively. Wayne Chen, partner of Llinks, also participated into the seminar. During the seminar, the Llinks partners exchanged opinions on hot topics with the guests.
