On the afternoon of September 25, Llinks hosted the RMB PE Fund Seminar, which attracts around 30 guests from over twenty well-known asset management companies and equity investment companies. David Yu and Clare Lu, partners of Llinks Law Offices, gave the speeches in relation to "Update on RMB PE Fund Laws and Practices" and "Tax Analysis and Planning of RMB PE Fund" respectively. Meanwhile, Mr. Liu Yilei from the Foreign Investment Committee of Pudong New Area introduced the new policies, incentives and developments of RMB funds in Pudong. Wayne Chen and Sandra Lu, partners of Llinks, also participated into the seminar and exchanged opinions on hot topics with the guests during the seminar. The seminar was highly appraised by the participants.
