On the afternoon of June 18, Llinks hosted a seminar in asset management that bought together nearly forty responsible officers of compliance departments and professionals from almost twenty fund management companies. Chares Qin, Sandra Lu and Raymond Li of Llinks respectively gave presentations with the topics, "How to Respond to Arbitrations and Lawsuits Initiated by Investors", "How to Improve Fund Distribution Agreements and Fund Transaction Documents Pursuant to the Laws and Regulations of Anti-Money Laundering for the purpose of Protecting the Interest of Fund Management Companies" and "One-to-One and One-to-Many Segregated Account Management and Legal Issues concerning Overseas Investment", all of which got highly appreciations from the guests and participants.
