On the afternoon of May 22, 2024, the "Enterprise Financing and Listing IPR Compliance Training and Counseling Seminar" was successfully held in Shenzhen Bao'an District IPR Protection Center. The seminar was hosted by Bao'an Supervision Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration and co-organized by Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Service Standardization Technical Committee and other units. Ms. Che Xiaoyan, a partner of Llinks Law Office, was invited to give training and counseling to the participating enterprises and service organizations.
In this training, Ms.Che gave a detailed explanation and sharing on the topics of "Compliance Advice in Pre-IPO Stage" and "IPDD on Corporate Financing", which strengthened the participants' understanding of the process of intellectual property due diligence and practical points, as well as the awareness of intellectual property legal risk prevention.
