Llinks Lawyer Invited to Give a Keynote Speech to the Shenzhen Brain Science Society and Other Research Teams

On the morning of March 27, 2024, the training on "Risk Management of Technical Cooperation" was successfully held at Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The training was hosted by Shenzhen Brain Science Society and Shenzhen Brain Science and Brain-like Intelligence Industry Alliance, and organized by Shenzhen Brain Science and Technology Industry Innovation Center. Mr. Che Xiaoyan, a partner of Llinks Law Offices, was invited to share the topic with the research team.

In this training, Mr. Che gave a detailed explanation and shared his views on the topic of "Strategies for Formulating Intellectual Property Rights Clauses in Technical Cooperation", aiming to discuss "how to design effective intellectual property rights clauses in technical cooperation agreements to protect the R&D achievements of scientific research teams in the process of cooperation", in order to raise the awareness of intellectual property rights protection of scientific research teams and to realize win-win situation in the complex cooperation environment. The purpose of the seminar is to discuss "how to design effective IPR provisions in technology cooperation agreements to protect the R&D results of research teams", so as to enhance the awareness of IPR protection of research teams and realize win-win situation in the complex cooperation environment.

Prior to her practice, Ms. Che had 11 years of experience in technology research and development. Since 2010, she has been deeply involved in the field of intellectual property, serving as the legal advisor for a number of science and technology enterprises, and specializing in advising enterprises on rationalization of intellectual property rights protection, including intellectual property rights dispute resolution, intellectual property rights layout, and intellectual property rights operation, etc. Ms. Che has also worked in the field of intellectual property rights in the United States.
