On 18th October 2023, the 8th IFPF, organized by IP LEAD, was successfully held in Shanghai. As a grand annual IP event for the biopharmaceutical industry, the 8th IFPF welcomed over 550 participants from the biopharmaceutical industry, academia, judiciary, intellectual property practice to exchange ideas for a new chapter of China's pharmaceutical intellectual property rights. Mr. Xun Yang and Ms. Cherri Che were invited to participate in the keynote speech and roundtable discussion respectively.
