On October 20, 2023, Partner Colin Shi and Senior Associate Lily Yang from Llinks Law Offices were invited by National Innovation Center par Excellence ("Center") to provide specialized training for professionals from various departments of the Center and related units on the analysis of key points in the " Interim Measures for the Management of Equity Investment by State-owned Enterprises" ("Interim Measures").
During the training, Colin Shi and Lily Yang, who have abundant practical experience, provided in-depth explanations and analyses, as well as practical compliance and management advice, which greatly benefited the participants and stimulated deep thinking. In the Q&A session, there was enthusiastic discussion based on the real-life situations encountered by the participants in their work.
