Recently, the Legal Compliance Professional Committee of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China（IAMAC）compiled the "Compilation of Regulations and Regulatory Documents Related to the Use of Insurance Funds (2023 Edition)", and Llinks partner Wang Yi, the partner of Llinks Law Office, participated in the compilation work throughout.
The Legal Compliance Professional Committee of IAMAC compiled the "Compilation of Regulations and Regulatory Documents Related to the Use of Insurance Funds" in 2017, and added some documents in 2019. According to the enactment, revision and abolition of laws, regulations and Regulatory documents related to the use of insurance funds in the past three years, the compilation is revised to form the "Compilation of Regulations and Regulatory Documents Related to the Use of Insurance Funds (2023 Edition)".
The compilation fully embodies the characteristics of the industry, practice orientation, and service idea, which aims to promote the conduct of insurance asset management business in compliance with laws and regulations. By systematically sorting out the regulations and Regulatory documents closely related to the use of insurance funds and a more scientific arrangement, the compilation, as internal information, provides search tools for industry practitioners.
