On August 11 and 12, 2022, the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC) held its first 'Holistic Risk Management Training 2022' online, with more than 800 representatives from various institutions such as insurance companies and insurance and asset management agencies participating in the training.
As one of the guest lecturers, Llinks partner Mr. Yi Wang delivered a keynote speech on 'the pragmatic issues on the legal risk of equity investment and dispute resolution'.
From the perspective of direct and indirect equity investment of insurance funds, Mr. Wang sorted out the key legal risks in equity investment and put forward suggestions on relevant risk prevention and legal clause combined with up-to-date judicial cases and experience in equity investment. Mr. Wang's sharing was well-praised by the participants.
Mr. Wang is a member of the First and Second Session of the Legal and Compliance Professional Committees of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC) and is recognized as IAMAC's most popular expert lecturer in 2019 and 2020.
