On September 16, 2021, the Shenzhen Seminar for "Hot Issues of Corporate Compliance" co-sponsored by Llinks Law Offices and LCOUNCIL was successfully held in Llinks Shenzhen Office. Facing with the trend that the government's focus on corporate supervision has shifted from "pre-implementation approval" to "full-process supervision" and the pressure of "long-arm jurisdiction" by foreign governments, this seminar encompassed the hot issues on the establishment of compliance system for companies, mainly including 4 parts: (1) personal information protection compliance; (2) corporate anti-corruption investigations; (3) intellectual property compliance; and (4) corporate anti-monopoly compliance. The seminar provided a platform to share experience and practical guidance for compliance. David Pan, Patrick Gu, and Mr. Nigel Zhu gave speeches for relevant topics. The seminar was chaired by Mr. Yang Jianqi.
