In September 2021, Mr. Yi Wang, a partner from Llinks, was invited by China Life Asset Management Company Limited (CLAMC) to make a lecture in the "insurance funds investing in the private equity fund" webinar, one of CLAMC's "Legal Escort, Investment Management Enabling" series.
Mr. Yi Wang introduced relevant regulations of PE funds, compiled some hotspots of PE funds practice and shared with certain cooperation paths and transaction structures between insurance funds and PE funds. The participants gave a high appraisal to the lecture.
