Founding Partner Christophe Han will be returning to practice as of  May 8, 2007.  Christophe is the Chair of Llink' s Capital Markets Practice and the Co-Chair of our Asset Management Practice.  From January 2005 to April 2007, Christophe took a leave of absence from his practice with Llinks to serve as a commissioner on the China Securities Regulatory Commission' s (CSRC) Securities Offering Examination Committee.
