On December 11, 2025, the awarding ceremony for The Legal 500 China Awards 2025 was grandly held in Beijing. The event gathered esteemed guests, including partners from renowned domestic and international law firms and corporate General Counsels. Mr. Christophe Han, Llinks founding partner and chairman of the Management Committee, Llinks partners Mr. Yi Wang, and Dr. David Pan, were invited to attend the celebration.
During the ceremony, The Legal 500 announced the final list of award winners. The Llinks Cybersecurity and Data Services Team is one of the earliest law firm teams in China to assist enterprises with legal issues related to data and cybersecurity. In recent years, the Llinks Cybersecurity and Data Services Team has successively become a certified "Data Compliance Assessment Service Provider" for the Shanghai Data Exchange, Suzhou Big Data Exchange, Shenzhen Data Exchange, Guangzhou Data Exchange, and Beijing International Big Data Exchange.
In 2022, upon the invitation of the China Electronic Information Industry Federation, the Llinks Cybersecurity and Data Services Team participated in drafting China's first group standard for data compliance, the "Requirements for Data Compliance Management System". Leveraging years of deep cultivation in the field of data compliance, the team accumulated rich experience and profound insights, providing strong support for the standard's compilation. The standard was officially released in February 2023. The team is currently involved in the formulation of Shanghai local standards such as the Guide for Identification of Data Space Scenarios and the Evaluation Index System for Trustworthy Application of Large AI Models.
