Ms. Joyce Zhang graduated from the School of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the International Financial Law School at East China University of Political Science and Law, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Economic Law (with a focus on International Financial Law). She joined Llinks Law Offices in 2014.
Ms. Zhang primarily focuses on private equity investment/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international restructurings, foreign investment, and general corporate matters. In the field of private equity investment/venture capital, she provides legal services related to financing and investment for numerous venture capital funds, private equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs across various industries. These services include designing transaction structures, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. Her clients are diverse and include well-known domestic and international investment institutions such as the China Internet Investment Fund, Shanghai Integrated Circuit Fund, PICC Equity, China Life Equity, China International Capital Corporation (CICC) Integration, Yuanhe Capital, Alibaba Health, Ant Group, CDH Investments, and Matrix Partners, as well as multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, start-ups, and growth-stage enterprises. The industries she has worked in include integrated circuits, technological innovation, new energy, healthcare, consumer goods, and entertainment.
