Ms. Amy Ren, an alumna of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, has dedicated nearly eighteen years to the specialised field of bankruptcy reorganisation. She has offered legal counsel on a multitude of commercial and corporate bankruptcy reorganisation cases, establishing a commendable market presence and accumulating a wealth of hands-on experience in the realms of large enterprise debt and asset restructuring.

Before her tenure at Llinks Law Offices, Ms. Ren held a succession of roles, including lawyer, partner, and head of the South China bankruptcy practice at distinguished law firms in Beijing and Shenzhen. She also took on the role of a supervisor at the Shenzhen Bankruptcy Administrators Association.

Ms. Ren has served as an administrator or legal advisor to investors in several reorganization cases involving listed companies and has managed numerous restructuring cases for large real estate and energy enterprises.
