Ms. Selena She received her LL.B. and LL.M. degree from Fudan University Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in PRC, Hong Kong SAR, the State of California, US and the State of New York, US.
Ms. She specializes in the representation of Chinese and foreign investors, investment funds and financial institutions in complex projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, private equity investment, corporate financing, and cross-border transactions. She also has extensive experience in intellectual property and technology transfer, cross-border and strategic investments. Ms. She boasts a wide clientele including Fortune 500 companies, leading investment banks, and various investment funds from home and abroad.
