Ms. Selena She received her LL.B. and LL.M. degree from Fudan University Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. She is admitted to practice in PRC, Hong Kong SAR, the States of California and New York.
Ms. She specializes in the representation of Chinese and foreign investors and financial institutions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, finance and strategic investments corporate finance, private equity investment, corporate financing, cross-border transactions. She also has extensive experience in intellectual property and technology transfer, cross-border and strategic investments. Her clients include a number of Fortune 500 companies, renowned investment banks and investment funds from both home and abroad.
