On 17 September 2023, Shanghai saw the successful opening of the First Meeting of the 12th Shanghai Lawyers' Congress. Upon the Meeting, the finalists of 2019-2022 Shanghai Outstanding Law Firms were officially announced. Mr. Peiming Yang is an excellent litigator and arbitration lawyer, he has also served as an Arbitrator in Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ('HKIAC'), Shanghai International Arbitration Center ('SHIAC'), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ('SIETAC') and Nanjing Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. While proficient in traditional civil and commercial litigation businesses, Mr. Peiming Yang has been focusing on financial dispute resolution, especially in new forms of financial disputes, such as bond default disputes, misrepresentation disputes, asset management contract disputes, and security companies' financial business disputes.
