Ms. Selena She obtained her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Fudan University School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and is qualified to practice law in PRC, Hong Kong SAR, the State of California, and New York in the USA. Ms. Elva Yu received an LLB from Fudan University School of Law and joined Llinks Law Offices in July 2005.
Ms. Elva Yu has been engaged in the legal business of finance and generic asset management for a number of years. She frequently provides legal services to Chinese and foreign-funded banks (including commercial banks, insurance institutions, trust companies, securities companies, and fund management companies), factoring companies, financial leasing companies and various private fund managers.
