Patrick Zheng

Mr. Zheng has more than 25-year experience in dispute resolution. Before joining Llinks, he worked as a managing partner in leading international law firms in the United States and China and represented hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases, including more than 100 overseas commercial litigations and arbitrations. His representative cases include representing ZTE in U.S. investigations and representing PetroChina in arbitrations in Singapore.
In the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission case, he obtained the first U.S. Federal Court's Section 1782 Evidence Disclosure Ruling in support of China's arbitration proceedings for his clients, and also successfully obtained an emergency arbitrator award at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He also has extensive experience in the field of international law and international investment arbitration and represented as the main defense lawyer in the Beijing Urban Construction v. Yemen ICSID case.
