Gong Chen

Mr. Gong Chen, graduated from Wuhan University with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. He joined Llinks Law Offices in April 2026 and currently serves as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, a member of the Young Lawyers Working Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. Chen focuses on commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance, with extensive practical experience in particular sub-fields such as commercial disputes, labor and employment disputes, and corporate compliance. He has acted as legal counsel for numerous listed companies, large multinational enterprises and high-net-worth individuals at home and abroad, and has handled many complicated cases with successful outcomes. He is proficient in both Chinese and English, with rigorous legal logic, careful thinking, strong advocacy and exceptional courtroom adaptability. He has deeply participated in the research, revision and post-legislative evaluation of legislative projects of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress such as Shanghai Housing Rental Regulations and Shanghai Optimization of Business Environment Regulations.
