Shawn Xu

Shawn Xu received his LL.B. degree from Southwestern University Of Finance And Economics and his LL.M. from the University of Melbourne Law School. Before joining Llinks, he worked for a prestigious PRC law firm for years. Since 2020, he served as the responsible lawyer handling bankruptcy cases in East China region, in charge of case follow-ups and team management.

Xu has participated in many large-scale bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation cases at home and abroad, acting as various roles such as the manager and legal adviser for investors, creditors and debtors. His practice has extended widely across the field of shipping, finance, energy, real-estate, high-end manufacturing and others. Notably, the Snowway reorganization project, in which Mr. Xu represented CATL, was recognized as the "Deals of the Year 2023" by China Business Law Journal.

Mr. Xu is well-versed in both domestic and cross-border bankruptcy proceedings. He has previously served as a content editor for relevant professional columns and has participated multiple times in drafting the Draft Revision Suggestions for Judicial Interpretations of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law.
